1. Are your Parkas genuine US Army items?

Yes, of course. We do guarantee their authencity.

2. Why haven`t you stated a telephone-number on your website ?

We are running this mailorder-business since 1998. Since 2004 we are dealing online only, because our experience was that we can serve our customers better if we can concentrate on preparing orders, sourcing new stock etc. instead of staying the whole day chatting on the telephone. All orders and inquiries will be answered within 24 days, some times even within 1 hour time including weekends and holidays. If you got a special question which you think can be answered only with a telephone call use our contact form leaving your name, number and question and we will call back.

3. Do you have a shop which I can visit ?

No, we don`t have a showroom. But you are more than welcome to visit us by appointment. As Office and Warehouse are not in the same building we need to know in advance which items you want to have a look on to prepare them.

4. What should I do in case the Parka doesn`t fit ?

No Problem ! Send us an email indicating your problem and we`ll solve it ! You can either swop it for the right size or return the item and get your money back.

5. The Parka I bought from you doesn`t suit my taste ?

No Problem. Again we will accept returns and will refund the purchase-price.
